Every day, Manage My Pain sends you a message to ask how you are feeling. You then choose how you describe your pain using pictures and a sliding scale.
You can also track the medicines you take and describe how effective they are. You can share all of this information with your care team, so they can improve your care plan and help you manage your long term pain.

MyTherapy Medication Reminder
MyTherapy is an app designed to help adults keep track of their medications. It allows you to record your symptoms, mood, exercise, weight, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels. You can also log the medicines you take and receive reminders to take them. If you inject medications, the app helps you track injection sites.
Developed with input from healthcare professionals, MyTherapy is free to download and use.

Sidekick Health has exercise videos, mindfulness meditation guides, and a medication tracker. You can speak to a health coach, or a supportive community.

NHS Drink Free Days works by asking you how much alcohol you drink each day. You then choose one or more days per week to not drink any alcohol and track your progress.
Get tips, advice and reminders on how to manage your drinking habits. If you try to stop drinking alcohol on your own and you start shaking, sweating or feeling anxious, please speak to your health or care professional straight away.

NHS Food Scanner
You open the NHS Food Scanner app on your phone and then point your smartphone camera at the barcode of a food or drink. The app will show you how much sugar, saturated fat and salt per pack, 100 grams, liquid millilitre, or portion of that food or drink.
With some smartphones, you can use augmented reality (AR) to see a 3D picture of the sugar, fat and salt. The app suggests a smart food swap for you if you want a food or drink with less sugar, fat or salt.

NHS Active 10 Walking Tracker
You use NHS Active 10 Walking Tracker by tapping on the app when you want to go for a walk, and putting your phone in your pocket. The app works by using the sensors in your smartphone.
The app will count your steps, including how fast you walk. When you do 10 minutes of fast walking, the app will reward you with a badge.

Sleepful works by providing you with an 8 step guide that includes thinking about how you sleep and what can help you sleep better. You can watch videos or read about how to sleep better, keep track of how well you are sleeping in a diary and listen to recordings to help you relax.
Sleepful uses a type of therapy called cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) to help you understand how your thoughts, feelings and surroundings can affect your sleep.
