Hywel Dda University Health Board has teamed up with ORCHA (The Organisation for the Review of Care and Health Apps) to select a variety of FREE digital health apps to support your Mental Health. These apps cover a range of suitable topics around Mental Health, including meditation, sleep, anxiety, depression and having support when you most need it.

The Hywel Dda App Library supports all aspects of your Health and Wellbeing, making it easier to start taking care of your own health and wellbeing.  Anyone can use the app library, it's completely free to browse and you don't need to create an account.
